Okay there's been a lot of hub-ub about the "crappiest April Fools prank ever" that we put up last night.
I'm talking about the Fur Infinity news post.
Apparently all userpage pageviews were reverted back to zero.
I do not know why this happened, but THE MISSING PAGEVIEWS ARE NOT PART OF THE PRANK.
Just woke, let me get dressed and hunt down CC. I'll try to find out if we can restore them.
UPDATE: Just spoke with CC, he is away from a computer for awhile, but he said that the pageviews could have been wiped out when we cleared the servers memory cache for the Fur Infinity prank. I'm sure that makes some sort of sense with anyone who knows web development.. In short, I don't think its 'fixable.' Our bad. =/
I haven't had anything happen in real life...yet. Yet somehow, this whole prank makes it seem like furries aren't wanted here, or is it just me? Was it not intended to send people into some sort of panic?
To some they are. And try to be less ... oh, what's the word ... loud with your words? You know, unnecessary swearing. It doesn't look good for a person. ^^
I'll be as loud as I want, because I can. I've never given two shits what people think of me, and no, Furries are not a race, no matter what. If someone thinks that, then they obviously have an IQ as big as a fleas.

You sure? I mean, I don't want to disgust you or anything. I take my friend's opinions into thought. But I might not stop drawing them. But I'll certainly draw more humans (I could use the practice anyways).

yes, I'm fairly aware of it all, but there are people who take furry and warp it to that level and then it commonly gets known, whether intended or not with that.
not that I'm saying it is that, but more commonly it gets known along side that, more often than not, they go hand in hand these days
well please don't think that I hate the people who draw furries, I just don't like furries themselves and I often get gross imagery in my head of it, so I don't find it appealing in the slightest

Oh, no, I liked the RickRoll last year... I was referring to dA's this year...
They changed the * or whatever that subscribers have to a snowman. That's it. Not only is it not funny, nor a prank, it also meant that only the people who pay to use the site could get involved with the "celebrations" and left people smart enough not to pay for the site feeling left out and not part of the community.
yeah it's just unfortunate the sheezy has such a small user base in comparison, so i have to keep seeing comments and journals made by people like dark s
