Well I just have a few more things that I have to worry about before my surgery. The first thing is my weight has to go down a bit or at least the doctors have to see that I made the effort to make it go down. The reason for this is so that they are sure that I will follow my new lifestyle after the surgery.
Next I have to choose a doctor out of three. They are all in Denver I think. One is in Grand Junction but I don't even think that he has any good expirience. So I am just gonna go with the more expirienced ones.
So I have to stay under 1600-1800 calories a day. I am doing good so far. Any type of support would be much appreciated. ^^

I know it's the "watch what y ou eat" kinda thing, but I used to weigh more than I do now (by a considerable amount) and I watched what I ate, and ran everyday. Just get some tunes and jog a mile everyday, you'll do fine (btw, I hate running w/ a passion...so it sucked, lol)
