Final Fantasy VIII Orchestrated Collection - Blue Fields

I have just come to realize how much of a bitch it is to try and run an rp site and keep it ALIVE. My little rp forum, Yasumidokoro Kokudo, has only been up since new year's, and already it's started its death throes. I've tried a number of think to drive that away, but nothing I've done has had any hope of working. I'm now at a loss, with nothing else to do, and absolutely no help from anyone else.

I just need some suggestions to give me ideas, yet that entire section has been left completely untouched. I've already learned that mass e-mailing does no good, and before I even started building the forum I'd found that advertising does me nothing, as no one ever seems to pay attention to what I have to say anyway.

Though I doubt this will do me any benefit, I wish to ask anyone willing enough to please take a look for themselves and see if they can't contribute at all. My suggestion board is completely open, even to guests for postage. Tell me here, tell me there; doesn't matter where, as long as it gets to me in some manner.
