i wish there was some sort of adopt-an-animal community where if you found out if a poacher/some asshole killed your adopted animal (like say, wolf, whale, whatever) you had a legal right to kill them and put their head on a pike and display it in your front lawn.

I'm with ya on this one.. Unfortunately, this world's too politically correct to do what really needs to be done.

I always thought you could keep man eating creatures instead of shooting them and use them for a purpose like that. Keep em in a specialized area- a habitat of their own, and release poachers/assholes unarmed into it.. so they can get their just desserts.

And no one ever likes that idea... save for a few. Hey, it'd save on jailing costs.
