Oh, it has been a good long while since I've bothered to update anything here. I've taken another year off, for health reasons, so I'll probably be here with reasonable frequency. Since I used to submit anime reviews with some frequency, I figured I'd list a few of the ones I've viewed since last review.
Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya: Liked. Funny.
11 Eyes: Oh hell yes! The series has its ups and downs, but was awesome overall. Complete with self-parody.
Kino's Journey: Shows sadness and warmth of the heart. Turned out awesome.
Mai Hime: In the long haul, turned out pretty good.
Umineko No Naku Koro Ni: AWESOME
Kanamemo: Both fanservice yuri and tasteful yuri. Rare blend, really.
Darker Than Black: Made of Awesome.
Kamichu: *fanboy shriek* Watched with family member who had purchased it. Really really good.
Ichigo Mashimaro: Cute, heartwarming, and surprisingly funny. Hysterical, surprisingly. I hadn't expected to like it as much as I did, especially Miu.
Dai Mahou Touge: Magical girl parody, in the most twisted of ways. That is, a better version of bludgeoning to death Dokoro-chan.
Haibane Renmei: Lovely lovely angels with pain and beauty. Considering rewatching it, actually.
Sekirei: Irritatingly I ended up buying "the complete series", not knowing Pure Engagement contained the scene for which I was looking. Or that "the complete series" didn't include Pure Engagement. Luckily Hulu did. Then the character for whom I purchased the damn thing died. Immediately after the scene in question.
I actually took this from a list I've been keeping. I guess I'd forgotten about my little reviews. Kampfer was on the list, so I'm assuming it goes reasonably far back.
Currently watching Ayakashi. Pretty good, rather violent, rather promising for halfway through.
Also watching Panty and Stocking with Garter. This show confuses me how it can be so good and so bad at the same time. Kinda like a cross between Sekirei and Invader Zim.
Edit: Oh yeah, previous computer split to hell and back, and had to replace it with the computer from a deceased family member. Replaced that one once I could afford a new, but cheap, computer.
