NO, No we're not.

So my own personaly plans for the day this is "going down":

- Fix popcorn for my mother.

- Put in the 2012 movie that's coming out.

- Sit and laugh my ass off.

If the world's gonna end, I'd rather spend it with my family laughing at the complete and total irony that I have just instilled upon my life.

I don't beleive we're gonna die just because a new year comes.
If the world is going to end, it'll be because of the pollution (which causes illness) or because that big star in the sky that gives us light will, one day, get so large, as it gets closer to it's death, and will consume the Earth or make living impossible.
