Why is Sheezy featuring old stuff from 2007 and 2004?
I'm not saying old stuff is bad, but I personally think they should feature new stuff...
Or, in other words; why didn't they feature these works of art before?

I'm definitely missing the logic...

Sometimes you find an old work which is really cool and deserves more attention. I do get what you're saying though.
I think the features these days are really bad though, and I mean really really bad. My whole favorites on SA are full with so many more awesome works.
