That's actually a cyst (staph infection) and it stinks because the stuff in there is made of an infectious material and he should have gone to the hospital so they could give him antibiotics. You can die from one of those if the infection get in your blood stream and the stuff gets on your skin and you don't wash your hand it can spread cuz it's contagious.
