The Last Shadow Puppets - "Calm Like You"
He-e-e-e-e-ey, every-bo-dy. I am, like, idiotically tired right now, but it's okay, because I have some comic pages for you! And here they are:

By sheerest coincidence, today you get two pages, in two separate stories, that are both about ladies who are yelling. It is kinda like Christmas, if your Christmases happen to heavily feature ladies who are yelling. If they don't, then I guess this is really nothing much like Christmas after all. Maybe Arbor Day?

Well, here are some more things which are kinda like a holiday! First, the amazing Matthew Welch drew this incredible picture of the Makeshift Man! Awww, he looks so badass! The strut! And all that spooky smoke!

And also, my dear friend Michey, and her family, all worked together to draw what I think is probably unquestionably the greatest picture of Hermes ever! THEY MADE HIM A DINOSAUR. WITH A CIGAR. YOU GUYS, I THINK WE ARE ALL IN AGREEMENT AS TO HOW THIS IS THE VERY BEST THING POSSIBLE.

Less awesome than either of those, I have also drawn some things which are new. These are they:

Also, please do not forget about the Halloween contest! It's probably a big deal!

Also! My cheap little $10 MP3 player seems to be on its last legs. (This is only a metaphor; it does not actually have legs, you silly!) Being as how my access to totally sweet tunes is one of the only things that gets me through the day at work without succumbing to The Madess, I think I've really gotta get a new one...maybe one of those luxury MP3 players that have more than one button. Thus! To pay for this, I am now having a commission sale! I would be so happy to paint for you for a mere pittance! For a limited time, a one-character watercolor pin-up will cost you a mere twenty smackers! (And if you want the original, just send an extra five-spot to cover the shipping!) And a sketch is only five bucks, plus five for shipping! This is totally economical, right? Right!

In closing, you should know that I have been listening the heck outta this'n here song, and you probably should, too:

I haven't read Life is Hell since February, I need to catch up!

I also need to get on the makeshift man thing, but my mind is blank!
