Disney has Marvel.
Disney is not allowed to change any Marvel characters.
Disney is not allowed to influence the Marvel characters' stories.
Not only that, but Walt Disney World isn't allowed to have attractions based on Marvel characters used in other theme parks!
Disney's main target audience is kids.
The majority of Disney's merchandise is princess items. Targeted towards girls. They don't have many prominent little boy shows or movies.
Disney now has Marvel to print on T-Shirts and sell for insane prices in gift stores.
This is the only reason Disney has Marvel. Marvel is safe.
Everybody CALM DOWN AND SHUT UP.

And on a side note, they spent 4 billion dollars. Stan Lee is in his late 80s probably. With only a few years to live thanks to Planet X, (maybe) I wouldn't care what my fans would think.
