Sheezy... Sheezy y u do dis...?
Spencer already said in a podcast weeks ago that they were going to start doing subs soon.
Chan cat announced it on this this ,at this time.
I've been a member here since late of 06, and I've seen Sheezy in much better shape.
I wasn't active until the past 2 years because when i first joined things were hostel and a few mods were apart of it. When i came back and saw those mods were gone I came back "full time" ,and things were fine... for a few months.
I donno where ,and i donno how but suddenly drama hit us hard. Everyone became unsettled mostly around the time the updates started. I believe before that was was an argument about pixel art ,and the colors came in at a time that wasn't best. Then the user ,themselves, went down for whatever site or personal related reasons. People left, people left BECAUSE people left, and those that remain just babble about how things don't work ,recolors, and other negative points of the site.
Now ,at what seems the worst time ,CC springs the subs thing on us.
The site has serious glitches -such as pages taking long to load, people losing comments /entries, and various other things. Now it HAS to come to has attention up settled we are.
Also, most of us here are teen ages and young adults. We have little to no money ,or more important things to do with the little money we have.
These said it best:

I've got to be honest, I don't see much success with this at all. It's been so long in coming many people don't care anymore, and Sheezyart has far too many problems for people to want to support it. Leaving pictures for comments would be fun, but is it worth $25 when more and more users leave every day?

I've been on Sheezyart since 2005; I know what many people think. I don't want Sheezy to go down, either, and there will undoubtedly be users who will pay to keep it afloat, but unless there will be legitimate improvements (like comments that don't take forever to submit, and the ability to choose your own preview image for Flash movies), the subscriptions won't do as well as you're hoping.

Most people on this site are 13-20's. Most of them are in Middle school-college.
Meaning: Not a lot of money. :<
As much as I would like SA to still be here, the age group target...isn't the best D:
Also, WHY DIDN'T THIS SHOW UP IN MY UPDATES?!
Her updates aren't even working right.
My own issue:
Can't edit journals
Art tag isn't working
Photobusket codes aren't working
"Feature Art" isn't visible on my ,and a few others pages.
Comment lag/ comments don't show up
CC (and group) you JUST got some bugs fixed and new ones have come up. You wait until you fix everything before you do something like this. At least have the major flaws fixed.
Also, i have a problem with the features.
They're nice ,but not very worth paying the prices charged.
If CC were to take away feature we had before all this and make use pay for them ,that would make things worse. The new people wouldn't get it ,but us older members ... I don't want to think about it.
Not saying CC would be that ,and he COULD if he DID want to.
Sheezy's been good up until now. It's really a shame.
As for myself... i love each and everyone of you. To those that were actively watching me thank you.
I said I was going to leave if CC did this ,but i can't bring myself to cut it all together ,tho i have been preparing to leave by seeking out people out i like here on other sites.
I don't know if this is my last post, but i know you know were to find me if it is.

hush hush. journal rants won't solve that. present those things to the people who can fix them. and, might i be arrogant enough to point out, you're really not saying anything that wasn't journalspammed before.

I agree with the whole "If sheezyart's still glitchy and stuff, why add more?" thing..
But, no matter how much we suggest stuff, they'll never get their fingers out and do it. Instead, they'll just do their own thing without thinking about the people that really matter.
