Ugh, I got my wisdom teeth out today!

I only had them on the bottom, so it wasn't too bad... I guess...

Gah, but jeez. The first two shots of Novocain didn't numb me enough... so I had to get two more... and now I can't feel like the whole bottom half of my face. Or my tongue.

Ewww, and when my dentist was wrenching my teeth out, I could hear this really gross crunchy noise as the roots were being torn out. Super disgusting! I couldn't stop shaking.

Also, my dentist left to work on my dad's teeth while waiting for my face to get numb, so I looked around a bit, and goshness just look at this.





Totally not comforting at all. What the hell is up with those scissors?!


I kept my teeth too.~ They were like covered in blood, and he offered to let me keep them, so I said yes, and he went and rinsed them off... but when he gave them back to me, there was still a little chunk of skin still on one of them! Mega gross!!!

And now my mouth is just all bloody and disgusting and I can't even feel my chin. I have to put these gauze thingies in my mouth over the spots where my wisdom teeth were, and it seriously feels like I'm sticking tampons into my mouth. Not that I can even feel anything.


Seriously though, it's the worst feeling ever, having your face all numb and a dentist standing over you and telling you that he's gotta cut away some of the skin with one of his little scalpel-looking things so that he can pull the tooth out.

I'm so glad it's all over, though I wish my face would stop being numb.
