It's brand new supposedly, so it's still in its infancy, thus the limited options/stuff to do, etc.
From what I recall the max upload is 20 pics per user. You have to be scouted by someone first in order to upload more artwork.

horrible idea in my opinion - having art rated by a bunch of 14 year olds. You could say the same thing about the flash portal ofcourse, but at least there you know who your target audience is and how to add tits or blood or gay jokes to easily get to the front page. With art it shouldn't be like that in my opinion. Example i saw 3 pieces of art, one was shit with a gun involved , one was decent , and one was really pollished and you could tell someone spent time on. All 3 were at 4/5 That's actually suprising aswell. knowing the ng croud most of the stuff shouldn't be getting past 2/5

Really depends on the style of stuff you do. They did have an art forum neways, but that was utter crap.
