I went and saw Up (which is fantastic, btw. What do you expect? It's PIXAR) but something else that caught my eye was the trailer for this new 3-D film.

It has some fantastic style. I love how toony it is. I mean, I'm usually pretty picky when it comes to 3-D films but man just look at that.

I remember loving the book as a kid... Looks like they're deviating from the source material quite a bit, bit it's all good. It does look like a fun time.

What's next though? What other cherished book from my childhood will be resurrected as a CG kid's film in 3D? Chicka Chicka Boom Boom maybe...

Yeah I saw that preview a while ago and I am kinda excited. I too loved that book as a kid. But the one movie I'm really looking forward to see is Where the Wild Things Are.
