Just screw EU if this passes.
What I'm supposed to do if free Internet is taken away and instead I have to buy a pack to browser certain sites? What can I do with google or such anymore? Pretty much nothing.

This wont pass, I can tell you now. theres way too many people that depend of the internet in Europe. People will be angry because they work over the internet from home, people will be angry because they have friends over the world and finally, people will be angry because they have loved ones over the world. Blacking out Europe will just lead to trouble because Europe will be kept in the dark with almost everything. The people wont stand for it and I'm sure once the person in charge looks at the paper, he/she will rip it up and shove it up whoever's idea it was.

Man, this would be bullcrap for the countries being effected I don't think it'll pass though cause that would also make the European government unable to act easily since they would have to make sure every single person in the government system had these packages. As well as this would be another thing draining the economy and hindering things from returning to normal.
I honestly think this would be absolutely retarded, I think the only way they could honestly do this right is if they had it set up for computers to check for a copyright and have it charge someone for downloading copyrighted material.
