I felt that my snake Ramen was acting kinda strange one day and my sister Tammy and my mom disagreed. They thought he was fine. I told Tammy that I think, just in case, we should take Ramen to the vet because I see that he he's opening his mouth a lot and I heard him wheezing when I put my ear close to his face. OF COURSE Tammy and mom couldn't hear it and thought I was just paranoid. and Tammy thought he was just hissing at me. So mom and Tammy brought Ramen to the vet on Monday morning while I was at work and Tammy called me at work saying that he vet checked him over and I WAS RIGHT!!! Ramen has a type of snake sinus infection! The vet could hear wheezing!!!! so I'm not crazy!!!! And I caught it VERY EARLY too! thank god.
For two weeks we have to inject him with antibiotics every day. The Vet also said that he still had some skin that needed to come off around his neck and head aria. Strange place for a snake to have trouble shedding at. I TOLD Tammy that here was still some skin on is head and to soak him more but she didn't see it and of course she thought I was paranoid again!!! She always does this, Tammy always thinks that everything I say is wrong and she is ALWAYS RIGHT! I hate that so much! I mean, yeah I am wrong some of the times but in Tammy's eyes and ears, I'm always wrong and I have no idea what I'm talking about! I've been having problems with her lately...GRRRR!
