there is actually a site called godhatesfags.com dedicated to spreading a message of obvious hate and ignorance. it it backed by the phelps family who are a bunch of ignorant cunts. they have formed a church and are almost 100 members strong, however most (around 80%) of the members are actually in the same family.
kids are raised not to think for themselves but to have the same ideals as the parents. children as young as 5 years of age picket with signs that discriminate against gays and even our troops.
they claim that gods wrath is being brought down upon our heads~
they crash funerals for soldiers with vicious signs that say things like 'dont worship the dead' etc.
Really? Really?
How disgraceful... Men and women risk thier lives to keep us free. If they don't protect, then what would happen to us?
I'm a proud supporter of our troops.
his church had a protest at this school in my district because their homecoming queen was gay and my school is his next target for a protest because we're doing RENT as our fall mainstage.
They had a rally here in my town, and while it infuriated me, I have to say I was inspired by how many members of my community showed up to protest them. As far as I know they weren't able to stay here long.
It looks to me like it is what happens when somebody takes his neuroses and anguishes to the extreme and represents them in grandiose ways using already established cultural phenomenas like religion. These people actually believe themselves. They probably sunk very deep in unjustified self-hatred and try to baulm it by making up reassuring religious beliefs which they can obey to proclaim themselves innocent, making the rest of the people from their point of view guilty. While they used to spite themselves, now they think they are good and that the rest of the world is evil. Interesting.
Of course, when somebody is so deeply sunk into his disoders, you wouldn't expect him to let his children think freely, but more to try to "rescue" them by forcing their extremist beliefs upon them, since they perceive it as reality.
Never the person following the religion, so long as they kept to themselves.
The Phelps family is one of the families I've always said that if I were to see a single one of them I would give them a good few blows to the head. This journal shows why.
