I can't tell you how much I hate them and I work in one! I've just spent half of my morning talking to idiots in call centres, who probably sit and read from a script, with no thoughts of their own, been passed from pillar to post and gotten no further forward. First I find that Square Enix have taken money that they shouldn't have, then I find out I've got a £25.20 fee to pay cause of customs! Which might not sound like a huge amount but when you've already paid £75 for said parcel its a huge kick in the face. I swear down I should be resting cause I'm off ill but I've got all this crap to contend with first :( Now I'm gunna have to sort out my UCAS personal statement for uni which I have no idea how to do....I seriously feel like sobbing at the moment
