Wildcat - Ratatat

Damn, it's been a while since I've posted a journal.

You may have noticed that I've been submitting a lot of fanart for Dan Paladin (a loooooot.) It's because I had an idea for a game for a while, and I'm finally getting around to doing it. Here's the post I put on the Kongregate Developer Forums:

Hey guys, I’ve had this idea for a while, but I’m just getting around to doing it. I don’t know how familiar anyone is with Dan Paladin, but all his work is golden. He’s he artist for The Behemoth, the company that just came out with Castle Crashers, and has been a prolific animator on Newgrounds. I love his stuff, so I wanted to make an arcade game that’s basically Dan vs. His Creations, with a fighting system that’s similar to Castle Crashers. Unfortunately, Portal Defenders came out not too long after I came up with this, Luis and BomToons beat me to the punch. Still, it’s a different set of baddies (probably all will be in the form of a boss battle), maybe some cutscenes, maybe some form of equipping items/weapons… Honestly, anything you can think of bringing into this project, I’m more than willing to help.


As for my half of the project, I’ve already started practicing drawing his characters, this is a list of the baddies I was thinking of, along with a picture of what I have so far:
