So I think I finely found a very cute and yet normal name for my corn snake. Tammy, my sister, wants to call him "Noodles" and I looked up a Japanese noodle/dish to see if there are different words for the word. I found four that looks like they would work well with my corn snake...

1. Udon = Very thick wheat Noodles
2. Soba = Medium Buckwheat Boodles
3. Shirataki = noodles with low carbohydrates
4. Somen = very thin wheat noodles

I REALLY like the first noodle, Udon, because our snake is thick and has somewhat of a wheat color. What do you all think?

oh Oh, also we JUST got him Monday and he ate his first dead mouse at our house today (Wednesday) I'm so happy! he's adjusting to his home very well!
Thanks for reading,
Tree

VulgarKyo Says:

udon are delicous i love them!

i actually had a dream about snakes last night a tiny little snake kept chasing me (he was sand colored with red patches) i want a snake T_T i go to the flea market and this guy sells them there, im tying to get him to let me hold one but i guess since im a girl he dosnt thing i know anythign about them or ill be twitchy lol. if there is aone of the cute black snakes outside my house i try to catch it.

Dille Says:

My vote goes to Udon. It's cool, it's easily remembered, and it's short. Shirataki seems too long for a pet name methinks. :< I like to keep it down to two syllables. Cx....Seriously....I can't think of a pet I've had with more than that...my sister did have a hamster named Butterscotch though...that did /not/ roll off the tongue. Cx

Yay snakesnake.
