Paramore- Decode

I believe I've done this before...well, definitely on Deviantart, but I've yet to find the writer I'm really looking for. I need a writer for my webcomic, Code Black: http://codeblack.comicgenesis.com

In recent months, I came to the conclusion that I couldn't get point past a certain part. I'm having issues with coming up with a solid plot...and so I need help. If you feel you have the time, and think you can write for a webcomic, please send me an e-mail at dawniemewmew@hotmail.com ONLY (NO MESSAGES ON SA) with maybe an example of your work. If I think your is along the lines of what I'm looking for, I will send a message back, asking how you would go about Code Black as far as story was concerned.

The story has many elements. In my mind right now, I want to have a story that's humorous at times, with also some drama and action. I already have characters, most have been posted, but there are 3 villians I have yet to post much about. All three are vampires. Quick info on them(well, what I thought up so far):

Xanatos- Son of Dracula. Hates living in his father's shadow, but hates to disappoint him. Has a strong hidden lust for Essence(another vampire)

Elizabeth- Sister of Xanatos. While Xanatos loves Essence, Elizabeth has a deep hatred, due to a battle back in the 1700's that ended with her losing an eye.

Puck- In his former life, he was known to be an outcast since he was a bastard child. Puck tried to fit in, so far as to save someone's life to be there friend from a bear....and in the end, he lost his left arm and leg. Xanatos found him, and gave him a new life as a vampire as well as a body. Turning him into a vampire has twisted his mind over the centuries, as well as a deep hate for humans.
