Tenacious D - Master Exploder

Hey everyone. I'm still alive, sort of. lol.

Well, I haven't started my new job yet, so I still have a bit of free time on my hands to do the things I wanted to do.

Well, to start off, was down here for 6 days and it was freakin awesome. I'll go down the highlights of what happened during the trip:

-We ate at an italian buffet. All you can eat pizza and pasta! It was awesome.
-We went alot to the mall. We explored the depths of Hot Topic, enjoy the sights of Sam Ash music, and found the holy grail in Godiva chocolates. I bought Kaku white chocolate truffles with strawberry filling. Oh, and a white choclate/strawberry shake. It was SOOO good.
-We played Street Fighter 4 like crazy. Trying so hard to unlock all the characters. Eventually we did, 2 days later after I got the game. Kaku is good with C. Viper. Jesus.
-We also went to Coldstone to drink some epic shakes, Moe's to eat some epic burritos, and Fuddruckers to eat some epic burgers. Not all in the same day mind you. lol.
-Kaku found out the story of 'GRACIAS!'. An inside joke between our friends about a 'sexually assulted penguin rocket propelled by semen'. Yea...let's leave it at that.
-By far, the greatest moment of the whole trip was the birthday party...which contained so many things...ranging from dominoes to cheese balls...but the greatest moment of the whole thing was this:

This is Rey...Destructoid's new video editor...I brought pizza for the party...Rey spilled his beer...hilarity ensues.



Aftermath



Kaku filmed the whole thing. I love her.

The whole party was awesome, from a surprise visit from people I thought that weren't coming to the party to, by far, the best birthday cake...ever.



The Jackal, Alucard's gun from Hellsing, and another cake depicted the design on his gloves.

The cake was delicious and Kaku was floored when she saw it. It was epic.

That was trip in a nutshell. After Kaku left, things have gotten bad, but thanks to my dad, my spirits have been raised and I can continue going forward with shit I have to do.

I should be starting my new job soon, been playing Street Fighter 4 (and Rock Band 2. lol.) like mad as of late, drawing, hanging out with friends, and waiting for this weekend.

A weekend at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino at Hollywood, Florida. That plus seeing Watchmen at a movie theater that looks like an egyptian pyramid. Oh, and enjoying the pool.

That and more coming up. Let's keep the good times rolling!
