Utaki: It's time you guys knew

Well since I can't draw anymore I'm giving my character to

so take good care of Utaki Kakumey-chan. I no longer resemble him so I find no need to keep him as a character. I now have short all brown hair. Just thought I'd let you all know.

Deadline: September 3rd at midnight my time.

I'll announce the winners on September 4th
