So me and a couple of my mates went out earlier. I took one of the small, polystirene planes I got for christmas with me, with the intention of launching it from the top of my local shopping centre, and then seeing if we could find it. Sad I know, but you have to make your own entertainment sometimes, reguardless of the technology we have these days. So the three of us go to the roof of this place, find a good, open space below the corner of the car park, and begin to assemble the damn thing.
Having merely slotted in the wings, passed the part-made plane to my friend, and began to shuffle the tail out of the packet, I spotted a man in a rediculous fluorescent jacket headed towards us (the jacket probably made him feel like a real policeman instead of a security guard). He aproached and spoke these very words, I kid you not:
"Can you move along lads? You've been spotted! We have you on camera; congregating in a corner!"
Oh my, the feindishness, the very vindictiveness of it! Congregating in a corner? That's horrid! To think such a thing could happen in our own neighbourhood!
Such an act is surely not illegal...is it?
Me and my mates being polite types indeed moved along, somewhat disapointed. But I'm sick of this assumption that all youths are up to not good. I'll be 18 this year...and here's a thought pal, while you're up there on the roof stopping groupings of three nerds from forming in corners, there are hoodies on the ground floor, stealing your mother-in-law's purse.
Preed Reve Says:
You should spend the time you use congregating in corners doing something constructive like basket weaving or learning the sitar! >:<
