My idiocy aside, I was /originally/ going to do this courtesy of Zeekeh’s (from dA) journal, but then goes and does it BEFORE I’M EVEN DONE WITH MINE so technically now I’m stealing from her. Curses xD

1. What did you do in 2008 that you'd never done before?
I went to an anime convention and actually cosplayed in public, which is something the previous me could never accomplish. I also got myself wrapped up in a romantic relationship with someone that has been one of the best things about ’08 and yet the one that worries me the most xD Course, that’s what love does to you, yeah? Cest la vie.

2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
…if I made any at the beginning of this year, I forgot ‘em already :,D –shot- But, yeah, I’m making some for this year. Be more mature/ACT more mature, stop procrastinating, get motivated, etc etc.

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Birth? Not that I know of. Hahaha.

4. Did anyone close to you die?
My alagae eater died this week ;A; -cries- May Bubbles rest in peace.

5. What countries did you visit?
Canada, eh?

6. What would you like to have in 2009 that you lacked in 2008?
Uhm, let’s see~ Aside from an acceptable level of maturity (in the eyes of my mother, that is), I don’t think so. I had a lot of things that I plan to /keep/, tho. –nods-

7. What date(s) from 2008 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
Oh, that’s easy~ DC, gradutation, Fanime, September 15.

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Ackowledging certain things about myself –seriousnodplz- Oh, and imrpoved art skills, fa sho.

9. What was your biggest failure?
Too many to mention. I made a lot of stupid mistakes.

10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
Aside from the usual eye trauma, not really.

11. What was the best thing you bought?
MY TICKET TO FANIE, FA SHO.

12. Whose behaviour merited celebration?
Don’t really know. The only people I could actually mention in this category also had behavior that hightly /irritated/ me, so….yeah. Hahaha~

13. Whose behaviour made you appalled and depressed?
Appalled is pushing it a bit xD But a certain trio’s issues did make me quite…./sad/ , I guess, both at the utter /idiocy/ of the situation and the fact that I wished I hadn’t gotten involved xD But it’s solved now and everyone’s happy and we are /not/ digging that issue up again. End of story.

14. Where did most of your money go?
Fanimecon, without a doubt xD

15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
The eigth grade Washington DC trip. I think that was the single thing that got me to my absolute most excited-ness. If I could pick any week in my life to relive, it would be that week.

16. What song will always remind you of 2008?
“Cooler Society” by Oreskaband. Don’t ask me why. It just does xD

17. Compared to this time last year, are you:
i. happier or sadder? – Happier. Most definitely.
ii. thinner or fatter? - …y’know, when I thnk about it, most likely thinner xD
iii. richer or poorer? – Me, prsonally? I’m richer. Me, as in, my parents and I? Definitely poorer. With the whole economy doing down the tubes and everything.

18. What do you wish you'd done more of?
Nohing, really. I’m quite pleased with how I lived my life last year.

19. What do you wish you'd done less of?
Procrastinating xD

20. How will you be spending Christmas?
I stayed at home. Lulz.

21. At any point in this past year did you do something that you consider to be completely out of your usual character?
Who, me? I don’t think so. Although according to the juniors in my 3D-Design class, it’s totlally out of character for me to swear xD Shows they don’t know me very well xD

22. Did you fall in love in 2008?
Hahahaha, this is an interesting question, for a lot of reasons. Namely, I started off ’08 with love for someone who isn’t the same person I’m in love with now xD I think only two people know who that person is, and I’m aways wondering when she’ll pick up on the fact that I liked her xD Anyway, around the end of eigth grade I realized something that kinda made my feelings for that person….die down, kind of? More like I realized exactly what they were, which wasn’t ‘love’ like I feel now.
Either way.
I’m actually /in love/ now, and I know that for a fact, and despite some grumblings from my mom about how I’m too young to know and all that shit, I learned a long time /not/ to listen to my parents xDDD LOLKIDDING.
But back to the point. Yes, I did xD That was a long and rather….tedious answer.

Uhm, I didn’t watch too many movies xD –thinks- ….probably…House Bunny xD That was a funny movie.

I had a fairly big party with lot’s of fun and nise and bright colros and people and preasents and food c: I turned 15~

32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
I rpefer not to think about that kind of stuff. Ends up depressing kme too much c:

I’ve never been sane in the first place xD But what kept me away from the edge of the cliff was, like always, my friends, family and my dreams. Inndeed.

Shawnie, Karina, Heather, Alex, Robin, Allora, Sarah, Becky, Melissa, Suzanne, Cody and the rest of the gang from LHS. I met so many knew people here that I wouldn’t have met if I had gone to BHS 8,D
