Aaarugh. I keep falling asleep around 11-ish and waking up at 5. I was able to force myself back asleep, thought I woke up SUPER LATE, but it wasn't even 9am. Hah.

Any suggestions?

Ummm... Jog a bit before sleeping oooooor.... listen to soft music or... read a book.

Nooooooooooo, don't go jogging or walking because it's stimulating and keeps you up, I made that mistake too many times to mention.

Sometimes lightly reading something uninteresting gets you to sleep, even doing something repetitively and mind-numbing works, like a really easy puzzle game or something. Also, try your absolute hardest to stay up as late as you can and wake up and stay up, that way you can get yourself back on a good sleep pattern because of the sleep deprivation. I should know, I go through this problem every couple months kae? ;A;
