So I logged in to find my journal updates swarmed with 2008 farewell journals. I'll find the time to comment them all later, but might as well pound this journal out while I still have the time. Yeah... haha, you know how I thought that being home would mean loads of free time? Well... I haven't because, as you know, we love the holidays

So, let's hear what the Good things that happened in 2008
Was accepted to study abroad in Belgium and have traveled throughout Europe (and some of Africa) the moment we landed.
Kip Hawaii sandwiches. Enough said.
Improved with those art things
Finally shook myself of just half-assing my courses which resulted in a nice and sparkly 3.7 GPA
Was cast as Mistress Overdone in Measure for Measure (actually, it's debatable. I played the biggest whore in Shakespearean history. God, I hope I wasn't typecasted xD!)
Started writing again (yey YWMC)
Voted in my first Presidential election
Met Jin, Jennie, and Frar... wait... I think Jennie was in 07 but who cares xD

Becoming a Sheezy Mod
Okay, last one may seem smug but hey, put yourself in my shoes. Seeing the girl who absolutely TORTURED me in Middle School hand me my McDonald's in the drive through window while I was all dressed up for an interview (and driving around in my mom's Mercedes.) Ohhh. It was more delicious than the milkshake mmmmmmmmm

Rusty getting stolen ;~; (but he was returned the next day due to his pant-eating tendencies I reckon)
Knowing that my 21st birthday coincides with Obama's inauguration


Dat's it... I guess 08 was kinda-good semi-bad. I liked it though.

So, onto the honorable mentions. In no particular order. NOTE: I am really REALLY bad at complimenting/saying nice things to people... I become so awkward and get really embarrassed!!
