FINALLY.
IT'S FRIKKIN' WINTER BREAK.
WHICH MEANS I DON'T HAVE TO GO TO SCHOOL FOR A WHOLE TWO WEEKS.
...although it also means that I have to spend each day cooped up in the house with my mom and my laptop 8,D

Anyway.

Yesterday: I get into the car after school.
There's a bag in the backseat.
Full of instant ramen.

It was a very speical moment.

"Damn, Dad, where did you get all this frikkin' ramen??? 8,DDD"

"White elephant gift at wrok. The girl who won it didn't want it so she gave it to me. I figured you'd appreciate it little miss want-to-be-asian."

"-eyeroll- Why thank you very much dear might-as-well-be-asian father of mine."

"I love you too."

Also.
We went out for Italian that night.
There were these three ladies sitting diagnal from us who appeared to have had a little too much booze.
Then one of them said, "Heey, Christmas it just around the conrner, everyone (referring to thr whole restaurant)! Less sing a song!"

AND THEN EVERYONE STARTED SINGING.
IT WAS AWESOME.
I REALLY LOVE SAN JOSE

Today:
I plan on getting a lot of work done today. Namely, I need to finsih up two of my fics for Yullen week (I'm already behind...Dx), need to do a few more Christmas pictures for everyone, and work on some of my other works of literature that I have been neglecting. Namely, the whole somber tle about Jin and Mitsuo which I am in depserate need of a name for 8,D

Also.
Finals are in January.
Which marks the end of the first semester...
Which means I'll be 1/2 done with my freshman year...
Which means I'll be 1/8 over with my entire high school career!

THAT IS AWESOME.
FA SHO.

And the end of the year is approaching way too fast.
'08 was too amazing to disappear that quickly! For srs! There was the DC trip, Fanimecon, eighth grade, the epic creation of Jin and Mitsuo, September 15th, Halloween, 's birthday, the Otaku Squad, my DS, the graduation dance, Obama, and way too many other awesome things. Although there were some bad tihngs that happened this year, namely, the strange sickness of a close friend, high school, the end of eighth grade, October 17th, te economy, and a few fights, I personally think that the good things in '08 oversahdowed the bad things. I have gained so much in this past year that I never thought I would, I've made many new friends and have managed to keep my old ones, and I've learned how to really appreciate life 'cus everything you know can be screwed up in an instant.

There are still a good weeks until the end of '08, let us cherish them well.

Everyone knows about my OCs Jin and Mitsuo, right? Well, I've been writing out a few sections of Mitty's life story (it's not pleasant, poor thing D8) and if you guys would want to read it, I could post it on SA as well as FP. what doth thou say?
