I know i know, your Update-box must be filled with Journals like "OMG DIS NEW LAYOUT SUXX" and yadedadeda.
To be honest, I dont like it either.
And I guess Channel Cat likes to break his own "Rules". You may ask yourself now "ZE FACK? WUT RULES DU YU MEAN?"
This is just a guess, and also my opinion, but while I was looking at the new Layout, it felt familiar.

The only thing I can see the same is the way art submissons are set out. Either way P1's design still kicks CC's designs arse.

ich hoffe ernsthaft das ändert sich bald! das sieht echt schrecklich aus. Mag sein, dass ich bis jetzt keine Frontpage veränderung besonders positiv fand (also gewöhnungsbedürftig) aber das übertrifft jawohl alles. das "What's new" kästchen ist häßlich. Die Ad's haben auf der unterseite und der Oberseite weniger gestört. so sieht das aus als wär es ein Banner auf irgendein feature von SA.
Diese Community sachen wie "Anton sommented on Dingsbums" sind ja wohl auch so eine sache; ich will nicht dass andere das so offen verfolgen können und ich finds auch nicht so spannend das zu verfolgen. Das "say hello to" ist ja eigentlich ganz süß, vor allem praktisch für neulinge (ist ja auch so gedacht) aber die Popular Journals gehören da meiner meinung nach nicht hin. Wenn das schon wirklich kopiert wurde, dann soll das ganz kopiert werden! denn das ist die Vorlage prächtig. einfach toll =). Aber dieses halbe, doofe, unpraktisch gestaltete ist doof.
Ich weiß das ist bestimmt unintressant aber ich weiß gerade nicht wo ich die News finde, in denen ich mich, mit 1000 anderen beschweren kann

if you don't know it... then Mr.Simon have tryed to change sheezy page a bit. and well i think CC took a look at Mr.Simon's design, and did something like that. witch i can see looks alot like ProudOne's... so IGTHER.. mr.simon riped off ProudOne, or this just happend randomly?

but the idea isn't that unique.
So there's a high chance they did it themselves and it just so happened to look similar.
