So I've noticed that everyone gets very excited when new kids come to school. Especially one like mine that has had the same people in it since kindergarten [me. . .>.>"]
but it always intrigues me how every treats the new kid, or even acts around him/her. . .even i do it, despite myself.
It's funny how everyone tries to show off when a new kid is around. They joke around, talking about inside jokes and other people, funny things that have happened, showing off their "skills" of some sort. . .But it's odd how this only happens when there are fresh eyes to witness these actions.
No se. . . i just find it deeply intriguing in a way. ^.^
But moving on! This specific new child is especially interesting in the fact that he's going to try out for our musical and we need boys badly. ^.^ and i've heard he sings well. :3 I met him yesterday and he was pretty kick-ass, i'm not going to lie. . . .a cute is what we aim for shirt, black straightlegs and chucks. . .oh yesh
Reading: I started to re-read harry potter 6 from the library. . . .thought i'd start to read it before it was checked out forever becuase the movie ish coming out in spring. ^.^
School: have to write a 5 page essay soon. i plan to do mine on terry shivo case. :3 spanish project due tomorrow [i have to draw a map. D<]

Music: i have a band concert this wednesday. . .i'll be playing piano with the jazz band. did i already say this? oh well i got into land of grant and i'm still working on my mozart piece for solo and ensemble. :/

I notice that too though, about new kids. I try not to buy into it, but, sometimes I'm eager to get a look at how people from somewhere other than my school see me, and, truth be told, sometimes, I want their friendship just because they're new. As dumb (and almost shallow) as it sounds I like a little something new every now and again XP
