Sorry, in the long run, all that time off hasn't motivated me to do much art at all My attention span seems to be short. I'm not playing video games or any of that stuff either, I just can't seem to work at anything that takes longer then a few minutes unless it's got a strict due date or is in preperation of the baby. I've been going out a lot with mom too, seems I like being in the car, and the dogs are getting walked every night because of my restless legs. We've been having snow off and on, so if it's too cold to get out, Coco and Cookie stare confused at me while mom watches her evening programs and I pace about the house like some kind of crazy lol. Gotta keep moving those legs you know?

I slept last night, almost ALL night minus the one brief bathroom break at about 4am. First time I've gotten more then four hours in about 2 weeks. It was SWEET. I had such a lovely dream about Obi so I woke up content. He hadn't come to visit since about new years ish I guess. It's been a year now since he died. I'm going to check if this was not the exact date, but I think it was closer to the 19th for some reason. Doesn't matter if this wasn't the anniversery. I miss him all the time and it was nice seeing him again. We were snuggling on the couch eating those little mandarine oranges we both love, right out of the can. As always he felt like some magical chinchilla or angora rabbit or something so soft. I'm totally going to get another Maine Coon if I ever get my own place again... and cash lol.

I'm working on a big crazy marker poster for the church lately and it's not due yet, but any artwork time gets consumed by it when I'm out of the house (been babysitting my uncles place while the renovation crew updates his kitchen), and when I'm home, creative time is sewing things. I mage a gorgeous micro-chinelle flecce quilt for the baby last week, complete with heart spiral stitching to heep the inside attached to the outside. It's so soft! It would have been $85 to make had my store not gone out of business. In the end it only cost me about $35 for all the materials. It's half sized, perfectly square. Full sized regular priced would have been more like $130. I've also got costume paterns picked up and outfit staples (covered all the basics) so I have patterns until the baby is about 8 years old. It's going to be interesting since I pretty much NEVER use patterns, but I wnt to get the sizing right so it's worth it. Patterns sold off for 10 cents in the last days of the store. I bought about $3 worth

That's about it now really. I spent most of yesterday afternoon putting up Christmas things arond the house for my mom. Froze my fingers off nearly. It was about -2 (celcius) but felt more like -7. Sorry, I only know how to convert plus temperatures into ferenheit. And I can't spell either so... ... ... but it all looks nice out there. Of course the dogs had a fit because the stuff wasn't out there the day before and that bothers the big one, but she'll get used to it sooner or lately. I'm finally used to DOGS in the house. I still prefer cats though mom's dogs are sweet. The big one bugs me a lot, and she knows I've gotten too big to put up much of a chase if she gets into something, but the little one is my buddy now and comes to me to tell on the big one if she's up to something so it's alright.

Here's an easy way to do temperature conversions...

I use that site for a lot of English-to-Metric conversions.

So I've got to know...how does that little dog tell on the bigger one?
