well somehow and some way i've gotten my hands on the adobe cs4 suite. it's got some quirks here and there but for the most part it's really great. the only programs i have use for in it are photoshop, aftereffects, encore, premiere, dreamweaver, soundbooth and of course flash. there's quite a few more programs in it and some i had never even heard of before lmao.

but in any case a new version of all these programs calls for some tutorials. especially flash, which some of you probably know has changed a lot from CS3. no... they didn't update the brush tool, but they did do a lot of changes that should have been done a loooooooong time ago, especially on-stage curve and indiviual parameter editing on tweens and inverse kinematics.

now jump back to last year when i started a project called anipedia, an animation and art encyclopedia on my site. nowadays i'm pretty much the only one who works on it, and it has sort of fallen behind. despite that, thousands of people have still made use of it and i have a lot of hope for it. the idea behind it is that it uses the same software that wikipedia does, so everybody can help out and add their edits.

what i'm hoping is that if any one else out there has cs4 can share their knowledge with all of us and help me build a big knowledgebase and tutorials for the brand new CS4 line. I've already started a basic page on flash and i'm going to expand on it later tonight. the idea is to have a base page for each CS4 product, and then have major sections on each feature that may branch into another page - to reduce clutter.

either way the new line of adobe products has got me excited to start focusing on anipedia a little more. i hope someday it can be of use to you and especially hope you can help me build it. thanks!
