Ello again, just a little message I wanted to share with all of you. It will also appear in my profile from now on. *snoogles for one and all*
I'm a pretty carefree person and I try to stay that way because the world is so dark and depressing without our help! As for artwise, my goal is simple, make at least one person smile from seeing my art! If I have touched at least ONE person with my piece, the time spent on that piece is not wasted.
I strive to share my knowledge in art as best as I can with other artists! If you wish to use my pieces to learn from, feel free! All I ask is that you don't steal the picture itself and alter it slightly and call it your own and the same for my chars. But if something intrigues you about it and you want to try it, have at it! After all we artists are all on the same journey in art. We all want to develop our own style but in doing that we build on what others have taught us.
If you are ever stumped by something I do, just e-mail me and ask me how I do it and I will try my VERY best to help you out ^____^. My purpose as an artist is not to horde all my 'secrets' but to share them.
And if you ever want to use my art for something, don't just take it, write me and ask me...more likely than not I will not mind! I'm easy to talk to, or so I am told!!
So for all those artists out there who think they can never do what I do, I'm here to tell you you are wrong! All it takes is a lot of practice and time but anyone can be good....it all depends on your will. I used to be one of those people that dreeammmed to be half as good as I am now and there are still artists I ENVY! Hey I am only human! But I know if I work at it I can create what my imagination wills me to.
The sky is the limit folks!

Wow... What an inspiring peice of writing! Usually I see artists that are like "DON'T COPY MY STYLES OR EVEN LOOK AT MY ART FOR TOO LONG" but you seem very inspiring and flexible and willing to help!! :) What a fresh perspective!

I think what would help us all alot would be a tutorial from you..? Maybe one explaining how you did the fur and realism so nicely on that big 3D-ish lion you did!! I notice you used some sort of multi-hair brush for the fur texture and I've always been interested how that works. You did the fur SO nicely.
And I would love some tips on how you keep your images layers numbers down too. I have a peice i'm working on that has 130+ layers in it!!1 (you heard correctly. 130+. I'm wigging out over here

That's so very true! Every last bit of the script! And you're so gracious, Balaa. Your personality deserves more praise than your beautiful art...and that's saying a lot! *hugs*

You defend your friends, I stand by my friends...I dont go looking for war, I come to places like this to share my art, maybe grow as an artist and enjoy other people's art. It is sad to see such attitudes shared among the wonderful artists on archives like this. You are acting like children not adults. Honestly I thought higher of you. I understand Evana is one of your best friends and you love her dearly. How would YOU feel if someone started to flame her and crush her? She is hurting, understandably but I ask you..is she hurting because she chooses to or because she is forced to?
I never professed to push my beliefs onto others, but like you..I do stand up for people I care about and respect. Like I have said time and time again, people should focus on their own art and leave others to theirs. Why waste time focusing on hatred? Is that not taking away time from our art?
I honestly never believed I would receive such a hateful message from you. I always saw you as level headed, polite and kind. Maybe you are and this is your way of standing up for your friends. Flaming and insulting people is not the answer to any problem. I never told people what they can create or how they go about it, what gives other people that right?
