Well.. it seems all good things come to an end, and frankly... i'm not as surprised as I should be.
Sheezy lost touch with it's roots and went more coorperate. It got "the man" to breath down it's back and it's bending over backwards to accomidate all in the name of popularity..

Not cool man... way not cool.

if people wanted a "family friendly" site.. they're most likely to go to DA before here. DA has a bigger reputation of being more anal an more condensending towards "mature art" and "nudity".
Sheezy's roots were based on free expression and adult art galore.

Tell me which one you are most likely to pic if you were to let the internet babysit your little precious? >_>;;

The thing is... SA didn't have to go this far. I remember back when SA was doing a whole donation drive to help pay for the uprising costs of servers. I, along with several other willing members, were willing to shell out some bucks to help out... except we (or at least i was) given the excuse that CC was still too young to get a paypal account, didn't have a credit card and well... the whole thing got bunked and the idea of ads came in.

and that was the begining of the end....

What I am mostly upset about all this is the fact that there were alot of great artists I was beginging to discover, while here in SA. Artists who are now packing up their things and heading off to broader and more open-minded places. It won't be as easy as it has been to keep a watch on them all, and for some of these artists, i'm afraid they might not find that place to upload their stuffs...

Not being able to see their great art makes me a very sad Lizmun. u_u;;

Well... I'm going to keep an optimistic viewpoint. While running from DA, we found sheezy... I bet it won't be long until we find our next great community as we now run from SA.

We little cockroaches wont die that easily.
