You're joking? That's like saying "I am not stealing your car, I am just borrowing it" and then keeping it forever and THAT'S not stealing. In that context, DOES THAT MAKE ANY FUCKING SENSE? It's the same for pictures. WHAT IS FUCKING WRONG WITH YOU?! People on YouTube are so stupid.

Youtube's terms in "6. Your User Submissions and Conduct" says in section D: "In connection with User Submissions, you further agree that you will not submit material that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission from their rightful owner to post the material and to grant YouTube all of the license rights granted herein."

DeviantART's terms of service says in 4. Copyright: "You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display or perform, or prepare derivative works based on any of the Content including any such works without the express, written consent of deviantART or the appropriate owner of copyright in such works."

Oh that's not stealing, oh no. It's not in the rules at all. GO LOOK. THEY ARE, oh damn, I am retarded, I think I'll do it more times because I have no common sense.
