Hi there! It's been a while since I mentioned anything about my website, but I'm starting to get frustrated with the designing and maintainence of it.

I need someone, who'll help me out for free, to help me re-design/develop "THE NEGi PROJECT".

It seems as though the last person who wanted to help (Noggin) has abandoned me with the redesign of my website, so I need someone who'll be reliable at all times
