I plan to place a price between 25-35$ and s&h is on me. Once the piece is done, I will go to kinkos, blow it up to a 12x14 size and ship it out to you so you can post it up or frame it...etc

For a print 25-35 would be fine... but if your going to do a comission that has a limited target audience (IE 1 person) I would consider possibly charging more depending on the work involved =x.
