I'm just not posting any art or journals or comments or anything...

But I am LOOKING at art

Anyways, if you're wondering what Osu! is(from my little status thing below) it's http://osu.ppy.sh/ Stepmania but with Ouendan

Now sure it has the flaw of having to MAKE beatmaps unlike Audiosurf which just scans everything but IT'S SO FUN

I've been working on a beatmap for Of Montreal - Wraith Pinned to the Mist and Other Games [youtube] [/youtube]

And maybe it's outback steaks varient too(if I find an MP3 of it)

It'll be my first beatmap when I'm done with it

Also I have a question for you all.

There's a murder in a house by a window and the only two people in the house are the victim and the murder suspect.
The murder weapon is a knife stabbed into the victims back, the suspect has a clear motif for killing the victim.
A detective dusts the Knife for fingerprints and finds the Murder suspects fingerprints on the knife, he goes up to the suspect and says "I found your fingerprints-" and before he can say what they're on the suspect interrupts with "YOU'RE LYING THOSE FINGERPRINTS ARE FAKE", the detective then brings in a witness who walked by the house at the time of the murder and claims to have seen the suspect committing the murder, the witness is a well trusted person everybody knows wouldn't lie and has no ill feelings towards the suspect.

Given the circumstances who do you believe, the detective with evidence, logic, and a witness saying the suspect murdered the victim.

Or the Suspect who has no evidence he didn't do it, no alibi, no evidence the fingerprints are faked, no evidence the witness is lying, and a motif for murder, and already knew what the detective found his fingerprints on before the detective even told him.

I don't expect an answer in comments since the correct answer is the detective, unless you have evidence nobody else knows of that works in favor of the suspect nobody in their right mind would take the side of the suspect.

I have come across a similar situation(from awhile ago but I feel like posing this now)

Somebody who I thought was my friend who has been treating me like karp since last September and expressed he thought I was a know-it-all and obviously wants to be like his older brother who has told me directly that he disliked me for his own personal reasons.

Sent me insulting messages over Steam chat, Steam having no chat logs I had to copy and paste the text myself into notepad.

I also was screen sharing(for no reason other then to try networking programs ) with a friend that was pulled out of school that year and everybody trusted and he saw the messages too.

the next day at school I asked him while everybody was in a group "What was with those messages you sent me last night?" everybody was confused and I continued "You know, the ones where you called me a, Quote-" and before I could say what he yelled loudly interrupting me "NOooOOO I NEVER SENT YOU ANY MESSAGES" it was obvious the yelling was unintentional, I said back "I recorded them in a chat log" he replied "You faked them" I replied "Steam has no built in chat logs so I did copy+paste them but I did no modifying other then that, if you didn't send them I'd like to know who did, at the time the only person who could have sent them would be you or somebody using your account" he then claimed I was framing him and left.

the next day I brought a printed version of the chat log and showed it to everybody then got rid of it when he entered the room, I said "Still don't have an explanation for the messages?" he said "I never called you fat or whatever it was"(note he hadn't seen the chatlog at all and I never told him what they said and nobody else had either, also fat was one of the 15 or so different insults in the messages) I then added "You know (omitted) saw the messages too" and he said "You probably faked those too" which doesn't make sense since we were SCREEN SHARING meaning I would have to have some strange Steam chat simulator to do so, I then said "If you don't have any explanations I'll drop it for now I guess but those messages are real and they did come from your account"

That Thursday he was on trial(for lack of a better way to put it) for lighting somebodys shoes on fire with a magnifying glass, during the time when the sentence being decided I asked "If the shoes were somebody Else's then why wasn't he also charged with abuse of personal property?" I got my answer which was "We think it's more important that he lit fires on campus".

Later that day I was informed that he was spreading bad rumors and lies about me calling me a backstabber for asking a QUESTION(Not to mention in my schools judicial system you aren't supposed to have any sort of bias based on who's your friend and the such)

That night I got a chat log sent to me from my friend who was the witness which stated "JESHI(for some odd reason used Jeshi and not my real name, HUH?) ES A BACSTABER OF CORS U HAV TO BE NEER HIM FOUR HIM TO STAB YOU BUT YOU KNO WAT I MEEN"(his spelling is actually worse then that) I then sent him a message saying "thanks for spreading bad rumors about me I really appreciate it, how exactly did I stab you in the back?" and he claimed that my question was an attempt to get him in more trouble which is ridiculous because there wasn't even a hint at me trying so.

He then let his brother(who has better spelling) use his account and he pretty much said that the reason he didn't like me was because I 'Need to know my place' and when I calmly expressed my opinion about that he stated "ya ya keep yapping bitch" then signed off and I found that I was removed from his contact list(good riddance)

I didn't save those messages since I knew that if he denied THOSE he was just being ridiculous plus since it wasn't really him half of it.

I told the others my side of the story yet they still took his side that he never sent me insulting messages EVEN THOUGH I HAVE EVIDENCE A WITNESS LOGIC AND HE HAS NO ALIBI, NO EVIDENCE, AND KNEW WHAT WAS IN THE CHATLOG WITHOUT SEEING IT.

I'm baffled by this, why the hell do they take his side?
September I'm going to bring this up to them and hope they think about it with logic for once(By this I mean think about this situation with logic for once not anything with logic, the only time when I think they aren't thinking straight is when they take Mr.suspicious over Mr.Evidence)
