Below are the common questions and bugs that have been coming into the Support Center.



I want to leave, can you ban/delete my account? [Already in FAQ]

Accounts on SheezyArt are never deleted; if you decide to leave you are free to delete all of your artwork and journals, hide your comments, stats, shoutbox, watches and friends, but your username will remain as well as your stats (though they will be hidden from view).

This is because deleting accounts would leave large holes everywhere. For example if you have a comment conversation with someone, deleting your account would result in a thread of someone appearing to be talking to themselves.



I'm being harassed!

Any harassment issue (or any other type of rule violation) must be reported to the staff using the Report button. Support is for questions or problems using the website. If there are multiple comments, file ONE report linking to the comments. Do not create multiple reports, it just makes things take longer.



I see an art thief!!!

How do I post YouTube videos?

Copy the YouTube link and past it in either your Journal, Shoutbox, or Profile. YouTube is not permitted as artwork submissions.



What is the Shareables section for?

Shareables is for artwork that you have created but feel has lower quality or otherwise does not fit with the rest of your gallery. It is NOT for screenshots, doll creator images, or other images that were not made by you. The same artwork requirements are applied to Shareables as are applied to your main gallery.



I can't submit! No categories/sub-categories in Step 1

If you are using Firefox, it is probably an older version (pre-2.0.0.4) and needs to be updated to a more recent version. If you are using Safari or Opera, there is no fix for this problem other than changing browsers to something like Firefox, IE, or Netscape.



I can't submit! 'Compressed files not accepted' error (Literature)

You are trying to submit your word/text/open office document as the submission file. When you are submitting, you must select “Writing” and copy/paste their text into the large text box. The submission files you are uploading are for the preview image that is to be posted (file type must be .jpg, .png, or .gif).



I can't submit, 'Compressed files not accepted' error (Music)

There is a problem with the audio file submitted, either it is not .mp3, has the incorrect bit rate, or has some form of protection on it that you put there when you made it.



I can't submit, 'Does not accept bitmap (bmp)' error

You must change the file type to either jpg, gif, or png. To do this, open image editing program (Paint is the most basic), go to File> Save As and set 'save file type' as one of the 3 acceptable formats.



I have no full view in my images.

If the image was posted as Oekaki.

You will need to resubmit the image, this time choosing either Image or Animated Gif. This problem appeared because 'Select an Oekaki' was chosen.

Otherwise this usually means the image was not saved as RGB color mode.

Resave the image as RGB color mode and resubmit (Editing the file might work but doesn't always clear up the issue).



Can I block a user?

There is no block feature on SheezyArt. If a user is harassing you, you need to report the user with links to or screen shots of the harassment (copy/pasting a PM does not work, you will need to show a screen shot) so that a Report Center Cast Member can look into the issue.



My Updates says I have another comment but when I try to read it, it shows 0/? Comments.

This is because someone wrote you a comment but then deleted it. Its still in the system as a comment for you but since it was deleted, it is no longer viewable by you. To clear out the phantom comment, nuke your updates.



My user page is showing someone else's information!!!

This happens when 2 people are trying to use the same account name with a difference only in spaces. You must contact a Cast member either through the Support Center or by PMing one of the Help Center Representatives.



How do I remove my SheezyID?

To do this without replacing the SheezyID image, go to My Account> Settings> My Layout and move 'SheezyID' to under the word 'Hidden'.

To replace the image with something else in your gallery, go back to My Account> Settings> My Page and click/drag the new image over the one you wish to replace.
