About to EXPLODE!

My laptop was busted. I sent it in to HP since its under warrenty. I get this:

Hello Matthew Jacobs,

Your file has been brought to the attention of the Hewlett-Packard Customer Relations Management Department and we would like to speak with you as soon as possible to discuss a solution to your service order.

I call. They basicly told me $398 to fix it. HAHA FUCK YOU. The mother board and case are damaged they said and they classified it as USER INDUECED DAMAGE. FUCK YOU. >____________>
