HEHEHEHE KICKASS TITLE.
Hi, kids. I made an art blog that I'll actually update every week or so with happy fun doodles and such that I won't submit on Sheezy or DA. I've got a couple of pictures up already, so if you're interested in checking it out, it's at

Currently, you are not allowed to file a lawsuit unless you get your stuff registered.

Apparently its an old Bill, Neolucky's journal link may put you at ease :3 And I think she is right, since the bill hasn't come back since 2006 we probably shouldn't worry about it unless it resurfaces once more, but a lot of people doubt that such a radical bill would be passed in the first place ^^'
