SO YES, figger I'll go ahead and tell thee a bit of info on my mainstorything I've got going on with blindsiderocks, because you'll probably see the products of our obsessiveness a lot here lately. :3

INFORMATION ON WORLD

WORLD//
Everyone ages slower in this world. Northern people have longer life spans than Southerners, but Southerners age slowly as well. A Northern person who is around 70 will appear to be in their early 20’s, whereas a Southern person who is 70 would appear to be in their mid/late 30’s/early 40’s.
Paper money is more common in the South, and metal money (coins and the like) is used mostly in the North. Because of these different materials are of different worth in each place, paper money is worth more in the North, with metal money being worth more in the South.
They do have electricity in both the North and the South, but they choose not to use it in everyday situations, mostly because of the difficulty surrounding wiring the sections of the world and limited resources in general. It is predominately used in medical situations, scientific studies, and in heating/cooling devices.
Marriage is more of a legal binding between two people than it is a gesture of love.

NORTH//
Temperatures are usually around 26 degrees, and it only gets up to around 31 in the summer, with it dipping into the -50s during winter.
Due to the constant cold, Northern people have higher body temperatures and have evolved elongated ears to help them deal with the cold. As the blood circulates through the longer ears, it warms them up further, and it works in reverse as well, also helping them to cool down in warmer temperatures. (Very much how rabbit’s ears work.)
Because of the constantly cold temperature in the North, not a lot of skin is seen. Northerners like to adorn their bodies with tattoos to further beautify their rarely-seen skin.
There are huge mountain ranges scattered across the North, and the North is a bit of a high altitude place, with low clouds and heavy mist at times, and of course, snow is almost an everyday occurrence.
Farther north from the main Northcity, the guard families live in a community of their own with their own government. The main Northgovernment lets them have their separate government so long as the guard families continue to provide guards to work within the main Northgovernment.
The guards themselves are all related to one another in some shape or for, be it marriage or by blood. There are five main family lines, continued down from the original five couples who started the guard family tradition. The family lines have their own hierarchy, and it is as follows (from highest ranked to lowest ranked):
Christof
Riaterma
Byearn
Emyeri
Jachkt
When a new couple marries between families, the one with the higher name rank passes on the family name to their children.
All of the different family lines pass down their each unique genetics. The Christof line passes down bi-toned hair, the Riaterma line has very light colored eyes, Byearn is famous for their short statures, Emyeri all have varying shades of blue eyes, and the small Jachkt line has darker skin in comparison to everyone else.


SOUTH//
Temperatures are very high in the South; normal temperatures at night in the South are around 80 degrees, getting up to a constant 105 during the day. Winters are very mild, getting down to about 65 degrees, minimum.
The terrain is very sandy and rocky with sparse vegetation cropping up any place where water is. That being said, the South’s environment really is quite beautiful, with relatively clear skies, beautiful sunsets and interesting architecture.
Metal is not widely available to the public, and is mainly just used in factories and some construction.
Demons are very common in the South, and there are many different species, all ranging in size, appearance and intelligence.
There is no structured government in the South. Each area is controlled by a different gang, and at times, the leadership for each area can switch, causing problems among the people who reside in those areas. Each gang and area has different policies regarding demons, some places they’re accepted as humans are, and in others you can be killed for being involved with them.
