I have been wanting to get into flash for YEARS, and the fact of me trying to do this myself is ridiculous. I find Flash to be much more intimidating then Photoshop any day of the week. srsly lol. Does anyone know of any good tutorials? I'm looking for something that can learn from that does frame-by-frame animation or like learning to do lipsyncs....stuff. Anything is helpful. Not the kind of flash movies where you see the bodies look like puppets. I seriously hate that. I think the only one that can get away with it, is Legendary Frog, because I just love his stuff. And Cycon. lol.
Ideas?
Aaaaannnd go.

Newgrounds has many tutorials hun. However, if you're looking for a teacher, just give me a buzz.

This might be a long shot, but check if any colleges in your area offer a class. That might be kinda though, I don't know if a normal college campus offers a course in flash.

did you try looking for some on deviant art

If you want to learn fbf, I would say just read up on just regular animation. I know you said no money to go to a class, but how's a book sound? You can find it for about $10-30 depending on where you look.
It's called the Animator's Survival kit. It's pretty awesome and it was written by the director of the Thief and the Cobbler and Who Framed Roger Rabbit?
Solar Zero Says:
what are you looking to learn about flash exactly? If its drawing, it works just like photoshop in that sense, cept the coloring sucks. If you mean animation, then I can help somewhat, but I suck at drawing so my animation was never solid.
MentalMyles Says:
animation is easy to get into but hard to master. New Grounds and alot of inspiration helped me greatly.
Jack McSlay Says:
not sure, but I think flash isn't the hottest thing for FBF animation, a lot of people draw the frames somewhere else and use flash just to stick them together.
