Ok..I'm really starting to not want to post anything on dA anymore. First ads in non subscriber's galleries. And not just small ads either, large block ads that not only throw off the entire gallery, but make it look ugly.

And now I just checked my inbox to find 2 notes saying that I have copyright violations on a total of 17 of my deviations [All of them were signatures, as well as the 2 part tutorial I just posted.], most of which had been here for months.

MONTHS.

They were there for months, not hurting a soul, not even really being commented on, and definitely not highly viewed.

It's not like they were in the wrong category either.

Not only that, but pretty much everything I used was in the public domain. I used nothing from anyone on deviantART, or any other art site. I used things that were widely, and freely available on the internet, from wallpaper sites, free stock sites, and sites that offer free downloads of sprites, as well as resource packs from various graphic design forums.

I even credited the owners of said images, just in case. It's not like I claimed to create Ken or K', or that I'm saying I own Koda Kumi, etc. I only claim ownership of the artwork that was posted. The final result, not the items that went into it.

I mean, what's the point of even having the signature gallery, if all you're going to do is delete signatures that people worked hard on?

The main thing that irks me about this, as well as many others who've been in this situation, is that you can do a search right now, in any of the galleries that allow fanart [Such as digital art, or even the wallpaper galleries.], and find at least 10 images that are no more than a render/cut out slapped on a background, or even just official art that people are claiming they created.

Another thing that bugs me is that they leave my Metal Gear Zero tutorial alone, even though it was submitted the same way everything else they deleted was. Not to mention the fact that they deleted the signature that went with it!.

Seriously, what the hell man?

AND to top it all off, the Hard Drive I ordered for my PS3, didn't change anything, it still doesn't work.
