Just listing off the four manga ideas I have so far...

Elemental Brigade:

Genres: Action/Adventure, supernatural, shonen

Point: Super-powered groups of teenagers try to make their way in the world while deciding which side they're on--the line between good and evil is blurred by human cruelty and ignorance.


Wyatt & Percy:

Genres: Comedy, drama, school-life, possible shonen-ai

Point: Wyatt; popular, a football and basketball champion, A and B grade-point average, married parents. Percy; gothic clothing, intelligent, great writer--widely unpopular transfer student, supports his alcohol-addicted mother. The two meet when Percy has to tutor him--and each learn to see beyond the stereotype. Oh, and they dance to "Numa Numa"!


Deathless:

Genres: gore, dark humor, violence, shonen, supernatural

Point: Zane just wanted to go home and play some video-games, maybe hangout with his best bud--but when he received the "411 to Mythological Creatures and Beings" notebook from a Goth girl named Jazz, he ends up being the master of a 200-year-old vampire named Valción. Now he finds himself in the middle of a 10,000 year war--between vampires, werewolves, and magicks.


Eureko: Sky Pirate

Genres: Action/Adventure, shonen, mecha, futuristic, war, humor
