CES '08: Soul Calibur IV Hands-On @ GameSpot

While I lately have been liking and looking at the 360 as the 7th gen console I'd like to buy, I think my first 7th gen purchase will have to be a PS3, chiefly for the following reasons:
- It's basically a less powerful but almost as impressive HTPC
- Blu-ray playback (I personally am rooting for Blu-Ray in the format war)
- MGS4 comes one year earlier for the PS3
- I want to play atleast ONE Final Fantasy game in my lifetime
- It looks damn sexy
- LittleBigPlanet looks awesome
- A whole shitload of games due for the PS3 in '08
- DARTH FRICKEN VADER
Now, I know most of the PS3 games are now either being released for the 360 or look as if they might, but I still prefer the PS3 more at this point. I mean, what 360 console can run Linux? Or Folding@home? Can you customize your 360 like you can a PS3?
Now all I need is about a thousand dollars.

Jk and all that, but really? I'm liking the PS3 lineup more and more every day, but I still dislike the controller, and I still don't see an unproven collection of games as being justification yet. Also, Yoda on The-Sisy.
