I noticed that a lot of your Disney pictures look almost the same... It almost looks like you took them all from a "How to Draw" book, which isn't bad to start out with, but why don't you build on it? Create scenes instead of just busts of the characters?
You could also break out of the box and do what Quimera said, and create your own original characters, but draw them in the Disney style, then once you're comfortable with that, you can build and slowly start your own style.
Do not be afraid to break out of your box. Disney is wonderful, but I think it would be better if you stepped away from Disney.

Or how about some of the characters from Sky High. It was a Disney movie, but it wasn't animated.
