Hi all, well I am back from break from college and I have a story to tell you. I would also appreciate any advice you could give me on the matter involving a recent incident I had with the customer whom I had sold a Nintendo Wii.
It all started a month ago where I had heard that a local toys r us would be selling wiis on Sunday morning. Being a college student and desperate for money, I had instantly jumped to the opportunity. Long story short, I camped out with a friend of mine and we were able to secure a Wii.
I listed it on Ebay for 10 days and it began.

All went well and I ended up selling the wii to a mother in California for $470. Thus as a result I had earned a $150 profit. Not bad at all. Instantly I had received a message from the winner asking for the tracking number. I told her that I would be going to my local UPS station tomorrow due to the fact that I have no car at the moment and that it was dark. This was on a Thursday. On Friday morning, I received another message regarding why the package had not been shipped yet. I got this in the morning, as soon as I woke up so I went to the bus stop waited a hour in the freezing New England cold with a 10 pound box on my lap for a bus that was behind schedule. I was able to hop on the bus and ride to the local mall where I had to walk another mile in the snow to get to the UPS store. Happy I made it I noticed that only one truck was left in the parking lot. I asked the woman if I would be able to make the bus in time. She said no problem. Great. I payed for the shipping and got the tracking number from her. The woman told me that the number would not work right away because they do not ship on the weekends. She told me that Monday the number would activate as it would be scanned to leave then. Fine by me I said and I walked back in the snow to wait for the bus again. This chore ate up about 3 hours out of my day too. As soon as I get back I send the tracking number to the winner and almost instantly I get this message back.

I've checked with UPS. The tracking number you gave me is fake and you know it! If it were a real tracking number, it would have been scanned by now. I don't have time for your damn games. This is bullshit and I'm reporting this to eBay and to my credit card company. I highly doubt that you're telling the truth and that's a shame because this is suppose to be a gift for my child. You are really messing with the wrong person. I don't know what kinda twisted shit you got going on, but don't think you're keeping that $470 homey! NOBODY PLAYS WITH MY MONEY! NOBODY! You have no idea who you're dealing with...

I shipped it today, it may take a day or two to get into the system. Again sorry for the trouble. I'll be checking everyday until it is put into the system. It only takes about a day or two on average.If you need any proof on this matter look at the picture provided that I took of my receipt from my local UPS store, you can clearly see that I shipped to your address provided, 3 days ago and the tracking number is located right on the slip. I am finding it very frustrating that you are accusing me off things that are the opposite of what I have been doing. I did not mean for this to be personal in any way. I apologize in advance for any stress or pressure this has put on you. I understand this time of the year is hectic, but I am doing my best to make sure your purchase arrives on time.
(I had an image here of the UPS receipt, of coarse if I showed you guys you would know where to find me. SCARY. JK but I took the picture of my receipt next to a piece off paper that had my address her address and the tracking number on it.
Please ask me for anything else you need. I don't want to be giving you anymore trouble than I already have.

So now she is attempting to threaten me. OK this has gone beyond misunderstanding in my opinion. Now this is where things get serious. She withdraws the payment from my paypal account and it being the holiday season I was buying xmas presents with the money I had earned from this. My bank account was now negative thanks to this psycho. My balance was -$64. Also to add to that my bank charged me $150 for the overcharge. I'm bankrupt now. :( This is where most people would loose control and send her a nasty picture. But I continued to be the adult in the matter and I sent this message.

keishari123, the image provided is not a photoshoped image. Also what do you mean by "Do we need to fly out there and take the money back or what? You aint hard to find..." that seems like a threat of some kind. If you continue to threaten me for unprecedented reasons I will be forced to contact proper authorities. As I previously stated, the package has been sent, and I don't have anything else to tell you. I have shown you nothing but mature and professional behavior. Tomorrow, I will be going back to my local UPS store to question them about the said package. I expect they will be telling me the same thing that I have told you previously. Expect a message tomorrow.

Luckily though I did not have to waste another 4 hours of my life on this crazy lady! Because, it was Monday and the tracking number activated. I quickly sent a message.

SO, I waited for a response and got nothing. In fact, I had not received any message from her to this day. All I know is that the package WAS delivered and she payed me the $470 back.
Now I need to know what I can do. I lost my entire profit from this adventure due to the bank fees. Does anyone know what action I should do? Anyway I can file a grievance against her for this? PLEASE HELP ME. I need my money back! you have no idea who you are dealing with...

You should ask a lawyer or something. These days every other person's mom or dad is a lawyer, and there's sure to be plenty of lawyers lying around Boston. Just ask someone with experience. If you tell them what you just said in your journal, I'm sure they'd be able to help you.
