If you had the death note would you use it, knowing once you did you could not go to heaven or hell, and if you did would you make the "deal" to get the shinigami eyes, knowing that 1/2 of your life would go to your shinigami. would you use it?

i hate to say it but i would probable use it, and about the eyes i would get them when i thought i needed them.
