This is an excerpt of later chapters of SMJ-rock.
Daisuke is Senshi Oberon. He and Mana are (c) to Me. They are based off real people, yes, but I have changed them at the same time. Hikaru is Hikaru Utada (based off her yes, but they have the same name) and is Sailor Neith. She and Dai have been dating, but they've been having problems lately.
I'm still improving my writing, being thirteen and all, so, feel free to give me some advice and tell me what you think.
Daisuke walked down the alley, slowly, thinking of the battle.
'
So, all of us have dark counterparts? I wonder who mine is....'
He kicked a wall in frustration when he thought of Hikaru and how she was angry at him. He stood for a few minutes, fuming and frustrated.
'
How many times have we battled those guys anyway? I still haven't seen anyone representing Uranus and the only girl seems to be Suisei.'
His thoughts wandered apart from each other. Daisuke continued to walk as he let the depression come over him. Hikaru was angry at him and he couldn't forgive himself for it. He felt like he was dying on the inside.
"Andou Daisuke......." a voice said out of nowhere.
Daisuke raised his head to see a girl only a few years younger than him, standing ahead in the alley. Her clothes were black, her hair tied into two large pom-pom like ponytails, which was strangely familiar.
"How do you.....?†Daisuke began, but stopped when he saw she was crying.
She came forward as she cried softly,
"What can I do?"
Daisuke didn't understand, but as she grew closer, he became uneasy with her presence. She took his shirt into her hands as she whispered,
"What can I do to make Koji love me again?"
"What?†Daisuke asked, looking down at her.
She looked up at him and then kissed him, without warning. Daisuke struggled against the kiss, not understanding it, but he couldn't get away from her. Somewhere deep inside him, he wanted this kiss more than anything right now. As the shock wore off, he fidgeted less and waited for her to stop, which she did a few seconds later.
She looked to him, seeing his eyes slightly brim with tears. He held her close. As close as he held Hikaru, usually. The girl merely let him hold her, since she too was seeking this contentment.
Soon, Daisuke was taking her home with him, beginning to run as he got closer to home. She followed, slowly, but always somehow kept up with him. When they entered the home, he led her to his bedroom and there is where they had other-worldly things happen. Passion, contentment, and need.
Afterwards as the girl lay in bed and Daisuke sat next to the bed, his head hung inbetween his knees, he only thought one thing,
'
I'm so stupid.'
For the first time, Daisuke got out the pack of cigarettes he had bought over two years before and smoked one. After doing so, he got up, stretching, and went to the phone. He picked it up and began to dial Hikaru's number, but hung up after the fourth number.
'
I can't.'
He sat down on the bar stool in front of his kitchen counter and leaned on the counter, his baggy shirt barely touching the edge of the counter. He laid his head down on the bar for a moment, before rising up and trying to dial again.
'
Dammit.'
Daisuke slammed his fist on the counter as his eyes filled with tears.
"God dammit!"
The tears fell and he didn't stop them.
How could Daisuke get out of this fix now?
